You set the price of your care. ZYZO is being built to take no commission from it and add no platform booking fee for the person paying. Optional tips support the platform, separately from the price of care.

What zero commission covers.
No listing fees, subscriptions or paid tiers. The way money changes hands depends on the service, but ZYZO takes no share of the price, an independent provider’s tip or a rescue donation.
Veterinary practices
Your clinic collects its fees directly, as it does today. ZYZO does not process the appointment payment or take a share of the clinic’s bill.
Shelters and rescues
ZYZO takes no share of adoption fees, foster fees or donations. Payment-processing costs are separate. A donor can choose to cover a donation’s processing cost.
People with pets
No platform booking, service, convenience or application fee is added to what you pay. Any tip or donation you choose appears separately.

Platform tips help fund the tools that bring pet care together. They appear separately from service prices and provider tips.
Know who you are thanking
A provider tip goes to an independent sitter or walker. A tip to ZYZO supports the platform. These are separate choices, and ZYZO takes no share of the provider’s tip.

Processing costs stay separate.
Card processing has a cost of its own. For payments through ZYZO, that cost is generally paid by the person or organization receiving the money. It is not income for ZYZO. We cover the processing cost of tips to ZYZO; providers’ taxes and business expenses remain separate.
A clear record of each amount
Service prices, provider tips, platform tips, and donations appear as separate lines where they apply. Processing costs appear on the record of the person or organization that pays them.
Clear arithmetic
Zero commission removes the platform’s percentage from the calculation. Your earnings still depend on your prices, bookings, costs and taxes; ZYZO does not guarantee demand or income.

Is zero commission an introductory offer?
No. Zero platform commission is the model we are building ZYZO around. It does not depend on your booking volume, and there is no paid tier to unlock it.
How do platform tips work?
Platform tips are optional support for ZYZO. They are separate from the service price and any tip to an independent provider.
What happens to a platform tip if a booking is canceled?
Withdrawn requests and cancellations before the free-cancellation deadline charge no platform tip. If the tip has already been charged, it is returned in full when the other party or ZYZO ends the booking. If the giver’s side ends it, the tip stays as voluntary support. You can ask support to return a platform tip within 30 days of its original charge.
Does the whole donation reach the rescue?
ZYZO takes no share. A payment-processing cost may still apply. The donor can choose to cover it; otherwise, the rescue pays that cost.
