Keep a private shortlist
Save a profile or animal listing without notifying the provider or rescue. For independent care and animal listings, you can also save search criteria and choose alerts for new matches.
For the people with pets
A walker needs the routine. A groomer needs the handling notes. A clinic needs the relevant history. ZYZO is being built to connect those moments around your pet, with clear choices about what each person can see.
ZYZO is preparing to launch. Booking and accounts aren’t open yet.
01
Start with the care you need, your location and the pet it is for. Explore independent sitters and walkers, pet-care businesses, veterinary practices, and adoption or foster opportunities. Profiles will make services, prices or quote requirements, and relevant checks easier to compare.

Search is designed around care, location, and availability. Our goal is to bring high-quality, reliable services together for pet parents in one place.
02
Build one profile around your pet: their routine, care needs, species-specific details and records with a source and date. Choose which private information to share, with whom and for how long.
A provider’s care note joins the pet profile only when you choose to keep it. Veterinary records remain private; a conversation does not give someone access to the whole history.
Export a readable copy of the profile and records, or choose information to take to a clinic outside ZYZO. Your pet’s history can remain useful beyond one appointment or platform.
03
A request starts a conversation and an acceptance process. Review the service, price, timing and cancellation terms. For sitting and boarding, you can ask for a meet-and-greet. A provider may require one, agree to your request or decline it; you see the outcome before deciding to proceed.
The provider sets the price. ZYZO adds no client booking fee, and optional tips remain separate from the price of care.
Clinics collect their fees directly and explain their own urgent-care channels. If your pet needs urgent help, contact a clinic directly rather than waiting for an appointment request.
04
Share the responsibility without forwarding every message. Household members will have shared access to the household’s pets, bookings, conversations and records. Each person uses their own account, and changes show who made them.
Messages stay with the care they concern. Delivery indicators tell you a message arrived, without read receipts or typing indicators. Each person can reduce non-essential notifications for their own account.
Keep the care notes you need, review a completed experience when eligible, and return to the same pet profile when it is time to arrange care again.
Good questions
Not yet. We’re preparing for launch. The pet-parent waitlist previews how to register interest; it does not yet collect details or create a booking. We have not announced an opening date.
Household membership gives full shared access to the household’s pets and care, including records and custody decisions. Invite people on that basis. Sharing selected records with someone outside the household uses a separate permission.
Yes. You will be able to export selected care notes and records to give to a clinic outside ZYZO. This does not make an appointment or automatically send records into the clinic’s software.
No. Pet profiles will support cats and other species too. Care will still depend on which species and needs each provider or organization accepts.
