Keep the price of care with the people providing it.
The person doing the work sets the price. ZYZO’s model takes no percentage of service prices and adds no platform booking fee for the customer. Optional tips support the platform. Payment-processing costs remain separate.
Independence in everyday decisions
Your prices, the services you offer and the requests you accept remain your decisions. The tools should help you organize the work and keep those choices clear.

Walks, grooming, veterinary visits, fostering and adoption often depend on the same care information. ZYZO is designed around one pet profile across those areas, with clear boundaries around private records.

Care routines, handling notes and veterinary records will be shared through specific permissions. People should know what they are sharing, who can see it and when that access ends.
