Publish the services you offer
Independent providers will choose services separately, with accepted pets, location options and availability for each. Business catalogs will show only the services the business publishes.
Help / Your profile
Your profile should explain the care you actually offer, in words you are comfortable putting your name to. You will review it before publication and choose which services to make available.
ZYZO is preparing to launch. Booking and accounts aren’t open yet.
01
Check your introduction, services, prices, service area and public contact details. Preparing a profile and approving publication are separate steps. The sample profiles on this website demonstrate the layout; they are not real providers.

A verification fact will name the check completed and when it was recorded. It does not guarantee the quality of care or mean every possible check has been performed.
02
You will be able to pause a service or stop taking new requests. Confirmed bookings will remain in place and visible to both sides; use the booking’s change or cancellation process if you need to alter one.
Accurate services, availability and accepted pets help pet parents understand whether your care is a fit. Keep those details current so they can make an informed choice.
03
Independent providers’ home addresses will not appear on their public profiles. The published premises of a business or clinic are different: those are locations customers need to find.
For care at a provider’s home, the address is released to the customer for a confirmed booking or an agreed meet-and-greet. It does not become public simply because the service is listed.
