What goes to whom?
Payment records will keep the agreed price, any provider tip, any optional ZYZO tip, donations and applicable processing costs distinct. ZYZO will not add a client booking fee.
A tip for the provider
An optional tip to an independent care provider goes to that provider; ZYZO takes no share. Provider tipping does not apply to pet-care businesses or their staff.
A tip for ZYZO
This is optional support for the platform, separate from the price of care and any provider tip.
A donation to a rescue
ZYZO takes no share of a donation. The donor may choose to cover its payment-processing cost; otherwise that cost is borne by the rescue.

What can you try on this website?
No payments, tips or donations are collected on this preview site. The calculator shows the arithmetic of commission on a service price and number of services you choose.
Read the comparison in context
The calculator does not predict bookings, earnings or profit. Processing costs, taxes and business expenses remain separate from platform commission.
