For veterinary practices

Your practice.
Accurately represented.

A basic contact listing helps people find a practice. The planned claim process is the first step toward managing that information and deciding whether to take appointment requests through ZYZO.

A listing is
only the start.

Before granting control of a clinic profile, we confirm the claim through the practice’s official contact. Review and the required checks follow. The clinic then decides whether to accept appointment requests.

What ZYZO offers clinics
  1. Identify the practice.

Confirm the practice name, location, and official website or contact. A real claim will refer to one specific listing.

  2. Confirm control.

Confirm the request through the practice’s official contact route so access goes to an authorized representative.

  3. Review your profile and choose.

Once the claim and required checks are complete, review the practice profile. You choose which appointment types and availability to publish.

Good questions

Questions, answered.

Does claiming a listing make appointments available?

No. A claim establishes who represents the practice. Taking requests also needs the required checks, published appointment types and availability, and the clinic’s decision to participate.

Can a clinic ask for a contact correction?

The planned process allows corrections and removal requests through support. Include the listing address and what needs to change. Updating contact details is separate from claiming the practice. The launch support mailbox is not active yet.
